Ambassador Dr. Sharron J. Brown

Ambassador Dr. Sharron J. Brown, is an award-winning Humanitarian, International Speaker, Author, Georgia Goodwill Ambassador, Political Advocate, Human Exploitation Ambassador, and an International Missionary Chaplin.  Dr. Brown received a House Joint Resolution 52 bill in her honor from the state of Tennessee, a Proclamation from President Obama and countless awards for her passion for lobbying, educating, speaking out and advocating against Human Trafficking Human Exploitation as well as Human Exploitation.  Dr. Brown is a survivor of Human Trafficking & Exploitation and she found her voice (after many years of being silenced by guilt and shame).  She now uses her voice to empower, inspire and help others overcome a variety of obstacles and trauma. As an International Speaker, Global Advocate against Gender Base Violence and an Ambassador for Gender Equality, she is truly walking in her purpose and changing the world.  

Dr. Brown was appointed as the USA Director and the UN Brand Ambassador for the World Youth Summit and chosen to record her life story in the archives of The American Library of Congress as well as The National Museum of African American History & Culture located at The Smithsonian Institution Museum. She is extremely fortunate to have found her calling in life and she’s passionate about making a difference in the lives of others on a professional and personal level. In 2019, Dr. Brown launched her first school in Africa, The Dr. Sharron J. Brown Restoration & Hope Center for Women and Girls in Kigali, Rwanda where she is building global champions!  

Dr. Brown’s professional affiliation includes the NAACP, National Council of Negro Women, Ladies of All Nations (LOANI), Hadassah, US National Speaking Bureau for the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC), and many more.  Dr. Brown has an Honorary Doctorate degree in Humanitarianism, a Doctoral degree in Theology and she has a professional Humanitarian Response to Conflict and Disaster Certification from Harvard University.

MICHAEL J. ROSENTHAL

Michael J. Rosenthal is a former US Department of Justice prosecutor and Minister of Justice for the Republic of Palau.  He is the founder of Rosenthal Business Consulting (incorporated in the US and China) which provides consulting services and runs business meetings.  He served as Chairman of the AmCham Environmental Committee and on the AmCham Board of Governors, is a trainer of Fortune 500 companies and MBA students, and actor/model/emcee who has worked with a variety of famous actors.

MARY KUREK

Mary is the Founder and President of Frontrunners Development Inc.

The firm (FDI), which supports all United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, focuses work on Goal #17 (Partnerships for all Goals.) FDI conducts business
development in impact spaces by developing relationships through a curated community of innovators and diplomats. The firm also publishes the first global business media platform aimed at social impact. Kurek has conducted 500+ international interviews, developing relationships to date in 66 countries, with the platform receiving views from 160 countries annually.

PARVEEN MAHTANI

Parveen Mahtani is a gold medallist in law with over 20 years of experience.

She has received the Women in Law Award for Exceptional Legal Service in Law by Legal Era in 2020. She has received the Excellence Award for Exemplary Service – Legal by the International Leadership Development Council and the Academy of Management Professionals at the Women Excellence Awards in 2020. She has been honoured as “Woman Leader in a Male Dominated Industry 2019”. She was featured by the Indian Corporate Counsel Association in their book titled “India’s Finest In-House Counsels” published in 2016. She has also been acknowledged as one of “Asia’s Top 25 In-House Counsels” by the Asian Legal Business. She has also been featured as top in-house legal teams by Legal 500 UK: GC Powerlist: India (2017 and 2019)

She has also been honoured as “Top 25 General Counsels in India” in 2018 by the ICCA in London. She has been featured in the book “Legal Luminaries” published by the ICCA and the book “ Constellations” The Shining stars in the Legal Fraternity” in 2019.

She has written several articles and is also a poet and artist. She has an initiative, “Amwizer-Knowledge by Experience”, which is conceptualised for young adults where industry experts speak to young adults to share knowledge, inspire and motivate them.

Farouk Khailann is an African Entrepreneur with a strong commitment to Africa’s economic growth. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Premium Africa Holdings, an Africa focused investment holding company with assets and projects in Ghana, Liberia, Gambia and Sierra Leone. The company operates in the areas of construction, agribusiness, financial technology, real estate, energy and investment consultancy.

In March 2019, Premium Africa Holdings established its presence in UAE as consultants to various individuals and organizations in facilitating trade and investment between UAE and Africa.

Farouk Khailann is a managing partner of American music star Akon for his Akon Lighting Africa project in Africa. Farouk Khailann is also actively involved in the financial technology industry. He is a partner and Senior Vice President at Ezipay Africa, one of Africa’s fastest growing fintechs and partner at Paygenie, a micro credit fintech in Ghana that works in partnership with Zenith Bank and Hollard insurance.

Farouk Khailann holds a number of international appointments. He is the Deputy Executive Director of the Global Chamber of Business Leaders, strategic advsior to the Private Office of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Faisal Al Qassimi in Dubai, Jury Member of US$1M Hult Prize Startup Challenge, Member of Global Investors Committee at World Angel Business Investment Forum, Honorary advisor of Asia CEO Community, Board member of World Innovation Alliance, Senior Advisor of Unimeier University (Italy), Board Member of UK- Liberia Chamber of Commerce, and Vice Chairman of African Institute of Small Scale Mining.

Farouk Khailann currently works closely with the offices of five African presidents on various interventions geared towards the economic transformation of their respective countries.

Farouk Khailann is a recipient of various awards. He was awarded African Business Leader of the year at the 28th edition of World HRD Awards in India in 2020, named among other young enterprising Ghanaian entrepreneurs as Top 50 Young CEOs of 2020,  decorated as a Pan African Business Icon of the year at the 2020 edition of Ghana Youth Excellence Awards, named by the West Africa Leadership Development Centre as one of the top ten emerging leaders in West Africa and adjudged the young entrepreneur of the year for 2019, awarded the Order of the Noble Hand of Honor by the Pan African Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Centre in September 2019, alongside the Vice President of the Republic of Liberia and other global leaders. Farouk Khailann was also adjudged the best consultant for 2019 at the 40 under 40 awards, one of Ghana’s most competitive award schemes.

Bochum Samuel Bache is a passionate, positive and self-motivated Cameroonian, multiple awards-winning global peace ambassador, youth empowerment and community development leader with five years’ experience in coordinating youth development programmes, advocating and engaging youth participation at policy levels on development issues. Strong leadership abilities in advocacy, diplomacy, international relations, negotiation and lobbying. He inspires moral values in young people by acting as a mentor and involving them in development activities through collaboration with different stakeholders especially in Community mobilization, project designing and implementation. He has a growing career expertise in areas of Peace, Governance and Development with so much involvement in advocacy to improve policy for youth empowerment and development across the world.

Samuel is the Founder and Executive Director of Youth Advocates for Peace and Community Empowerment Cameroon (YAPCEC), Director of PEACE ACADEMY Cameroon. He serves as Cameroon National Youth Delegate to the Commonwealth Youth Council under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Civic Education, and the Commonwealth Department of the Ministry of External Relations of the Republic of Cameroon since 2018.

As recognition to his outstanding works in peace, advocacy, youth empowerment and community development across the world, Samuel has received multiple awards including; the Cameroon Peace Ambassador, Global Peace Ambassador, Global Youth Ambassador, Global Active Citizen, Global Goodwill Ambassador, Global People Champion, World Peace Ambassador, Global Peace Citizen among others.

She is also the Direct of Partnership and International Relations for World Youth Summit NPC and is currently the Country Director of World Youth Summit For China. She holds an LLB in International Law from Zhejiang Gongshang University, China.
