He is also Co-founder & CEO of AMOOLAYA Transformation Foundation (a not-for-profit entity for imparting affordable education with special focus on entrepreneurial education globally). He is Country Director for INDIA for Leaders Without Borders Development Centre, Ontario, Canada. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Bedfordshire, UK. He is an Alumni of Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, a Chartered Accountant from ICAI, a Certified Independent Board Director from Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. A Business Excellence Award recipient, The Bizz Award from World Confederation of Business, Houston, Texas, USA & top 50 Global Key Influencer by eYs Magazine, Australia. Amit Sarawagi imparted the Entrepreneurship Mindset Curriculum (EMC) at Delhi Government Schools by Government of Delhi. He worked with global consulting majors like PwC & Deloitte for a decade.

REGIONAL DIRECTOR EAST AFRICASubira Bawji-Ssekajja is a passionate youth from Tanzania. With vast experience in volunteering with both local and international organizations she has participated in implementing projects and activities that have led to better livelihoods of the beneficiaries, with her vast experience she is zelous about youth development and pushing youth to grab opportunities available for the benefit of their communities. She has held various leadership positions both locally and internationally from serving with Rotaract International 2011 – 2017 which covered being responsible for clubs in both Uganda and Tanzania, to being Country Director for the Rotaract East Africa Impact Project (REACT) and also being the coordinator for the first Tanzania International Model UN (TIMUN) among other duties. She believes the future will be brighter if each individual takes up the challenge of doing something that will benefit future generations. A passionate entrepreneur who focuses on promoting made in Africa products. Subira hopes the East African Youth will be challenged to join WYS, benefit from their programs and change their communities for a better tomorrow. Subira studied International Relations and Diplomacy and hopes to pursue her Masters soon.

She is a fresh Graduate from the Prestigious Benson Idahosa University in Nigeria, she majored on International Studies and Diplomacy, during her years in the University Amb.Jasmine served as the President of the University Club “Young Diplomats Club’ 2019/2020, Through her fine way of serving as the president, she gained access to work with several international bodies as the Welfare Director for BIMUN 2019, Country Director of Nigeria for World Youth Summit(WYS) 2020, where she impacted positively in her community during the COVID-19 lockdown as the World Youth Summit Representive in Nigeria, Director of Ambassadors Impact Summit North Cyprus, Director Of Ambassadors for International South Africa Model United Nations (ISAMUN) Conference 2021. Amb.Jasmine loves to be part of the solution and in her own little capacity she is working with some International organisations, such as: WYS, Impact Summit, BIUYDC, BIMUN, and Others to bring about that change the world needs. She is an aspiring diplomat and a world changer. She always adds values wherever she finds herself and through this value adding channel she won the Best Female Publicity Staff 2020 of the “Joker PDR Brand which happens to be the Best Night Life Company in the whole of Nigeria”. Amb.Jasmine also loves Event planning and have seen to the success of many events both in Nigeria and outside Nigeria. She is A team player and very diligent with her work.
